Because my company doesn't have a dedicated IT professional, I wanted to find a company that could give us the technical solutions we needed quickly and at a reasonable price. After talking with several companies, L5 Solutions seemed to offer the most competitive prices and promised to react to our needs as soon as possible.
I tested them on this a few days after speaking with them. We were having problems with our exchange server where automated emails were being blocked from our accounts. Within 20 minutes of my initial email, a service technician was walking me through the process of allowing him remote access to my account. In less than two hours my problem was solved an everything was working correctly again.
Once the issue was resolved, I received a report with a detailed work description. Instead of a load of technical jargon I couldn't understand it was written clearly in a way that made sense to me.
I was pleased with L5's efforts from beginning to end and look forward to working with them again soon.
